South Frigate Bay — The Strip
South Frigate Bay is the most popular beach on St Kitts — a beautiful stretch of soft white sand with calm, clear Caribbean water, lined with the famous 'Strip' of beach bars. The bars are the social heart of Frigate Bay, offering cocktails, cold beers, fresh seafood and a wonderfully lively atmosphere. The beach is perfect for swimming and the sunset views are spectacular.
St Kitts Marriott Resort
The St Kitts Marriott Resort is the largest and most prominent resort in Frigate Bay — a full-service resort with multiple restaurants, bars, pools, a spa, a fitness centre and direct beach access. The resort is home to the Royal Beach Casino, the only casino on St Kitts. The Marriott is an excellent base for exploring the island and is particularly popular with couples and families.
North Frigate Bay
North Frigate Bay is the Atlantic-facing beach on the other side of the peninsula — a more dramatic, windswept beach with stronger waves, popular with surfers and kite surfers. The beach is less developed than South Frigate Bay and has a more natural, unspoiled character. The views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding hills are spectacular.

The Royal St Kitts Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course wedged between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea — one of the most dramatically situated golf courses in the Caribbean. The course hosts the annual St Kitts and Nevis Admiral's Cup Pro-Am Golf Tournament, where professionals battle it out with amateurs against the backdrop of the stunning Mount Liamuiga.
